腋-胸径路达芬奇机器人甲状腺腺叶切除1例

Robot-assisted transaxillary thyroid gland lobectomy: one case report

摘要: 目的    总结腋-胸径路达芬奇手术机器人甲状腺腺叶切除术的临床经验。方法    2014年1月22日济南军区总医院两腺科应用da Vinci 手术机器人经腋-胸径路行甲状腺腺叶切除术1例。结果    成功完成1例腋-胸径路达芬奇机器人甲状腺右侧腺叶切除术,手术时间148min,术后无明显并发症。结论    腋-胸径路达芬奇机器人甲状腺腺叶切除术具有美容效果好,不需CO2灌注、操作方便、术后恢复快等优点。

Abstract: Objective    To review the initial experience of transaxillay robot-assisted thyroid gland lobectomy. Method    On June 22nd 2014, one patient was performed robot-assisted thyroid gland lobectomy by a transaxillay approach using the da-Vinci surgical system in our department. Results    We successfully performed thyroid gland lobectomy. The pathologic report was nodular goiter. The operation time was 148 minutes. No postoperative complications occurred. Conclusion    Regarding our early experience, robot-assisted thyroid gland lobectomy is a safe, feasible and cosmetically good procedure.
