摘要:
角膜胶原交联术(CXL)利用紫外光A和感光剂核黄素,介导角膜基质内胶原纤维相互交联,提高角膜机械硬度和角膜基质的生物力学稳定性,从而阻止圆锥角膜等扩张性疾病的进展。近年来,经过临床研究发现,CXL对感染性角膜疾病的治疗也能取得良好的治疗效果,因此CXL成为了一种安全、有效的治疗感染性角膜疾病的新方法。综述该技术在治疗感染性角膜疾病方面的研究进展,回顾分析了该技术的基本原理,治疗感染性角膜疾病的作用机制、适应证、禁忌证、治疗技术的研究。
