儿童舌系带过短和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停的研究进展

摘要: 舌系带过短及阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停均是小儿的一种常见疾病,有研究表明舌系带过短是儿童睡眠呼吸障碍的危险因素,舌系带过短会引起小儿早期口腔发育障碍,导致牙颌面畸形,增加睡眠时上气道塌陷的风险。儿童舌系带过短需要及时发现和治疗,否则会引起严重的后果,因此,在临床工作中,应该对两者的相关性引起高度重视。就儿童舌系带过短及阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停两者的相关性作系统性的综述。

关键词: 舌系带过短, 睡眠呼吸暂停, 牙颌面畸形, 上气道塌陷

Abstract: Short lingual frenula and obstructive sleep apnea are common disorders in children. Studies have shown that a short lingual frenulum is a risk factor for sleep apnea, and it can cause early oral development disorders in children, lead to dental and maxillofacial deformities, and increase the risk of upper airway collapse during sleep. Short lingual frenula should be detected and treated early in children to prevent more severe complications. In clinical practice, the correlation between sleep apnea and a short lingual frenulum should always be considered. This article systematically reviews the correlation between a short lingual frenulum and obstructive sleep apnea in children.
