摘要: 机器人辅助手术利用了内镜系统的微创优势,突破了人体操作的局限性,可在狭小的空间完成更精细的操作,具有提高患者术后生存和生活质量的作用,在咽喉领域有广阔的发展前景。论文介绍了近年来国内外经口手术机器人在咽喉领域手术中的现状,指出了现阶段机器人辅助手术较传统手术具有损伤小、图像清晰、精准度高和安全等优点以及成本高、受咽喉狭窄空间限制、缺乏触觉反馈和缺乏切割骨质等缺点,提出咽喉领域的机器人辅助手术系统仍有进步空间,并对其未来发展方向做出展望。
