Effect of fibrinogenase on sudden hearing loss

Abstract:

To study the efficacy of fibrinogenase in the treatment of sudden hearing loss. Methods  Eighty-seven patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： patients treated by dextran-40 for 10 days served as the control group and patients treated by dextran-40 treatment in combination with fibrinogenase served as the experimental group. ResultSymptoms of the experimental group were obviously improved compared with the control group（P<0.05）. ConclusionFibrinogenase is effective and safe in the treatment of sudden hearing loss.
