Abstract: To explore the clinical significance of locating central serous chorioretinopathy( CSC) by optical coherence tomography(OCT) combined with fundus photochromy. Methods43 patients(49 eyes with 59 leakage spots) proved by fluorescein fundus angiography(FFA) were subjected to OCT combined with fundus photochromy. The distance from spotlike leakage to the fovea was measured by FFA and OCT combined with fundus photochromy. ResultsAmong the 59 leakage spots, 54(91.53%) had positive signs in OCT or fundus photochromy . The average distance from the leakage to the macula fovea by the two methods was 2.15±1.06?mm and 2.09±1.04?mm(P>0.05). ConclusionOCT combined with fundus photochromy can be used to locate CSC.
