Method      Clinical manifestation features, sinus CT scan characteristics, serum IgE detection and treatment effect of nasal endoscopy for 16 cases of AFRS were retrospectively analyzed. Results      AFRS had no peculiar clinical manifestations and CT scans showed serpiginous. All cases were cured by nasal endoscopy.  Conclusion      Diagnosis of AFRS depends on history, CT scanning and histopathology.
