Research progress on the animal model of allergic rhinitis in traditional Chinese medicine.

Abstract: Allergic rhinitis(AR)is one of the most common diseases of the otolaryngological department. The research on prevention and treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)function on AR had reached the stage of cytology as well as molecular.The establishment of syndrome differentiated animal model can enhance the connection between TCM basis and clinic. To establish an animal model which can reflect syndrome differentiation of human AR contributes to deeper study of function mechanism of prevention and treatment of TCM on AR.
