Septum corrective treatment for allergic rhinitis

Abstract: To explore the curative effect of nasal septum deviation correction for allergic rhinitis(AR) with septum deviation and to explore its mechanism．Method54 cases in the treatment group were treated with nasal septum deviation correction and 50 cases in the control group were treated by antihistaminic or glucocorticosteroids． ResultFollowed up for one year，the curative response rate in the treatment and control groups was 92.6％ and 84％ (P<0.01). ConclusionSeptum correction is one of the effective methods for AR with septum deviation．
