An investigation on treatment for chronic rhinosinusitis in 118 cases

Abstract:

Objective   To investigate the treatment condition of different groups of chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS) in our hospital. Methods   The questionnaires were given to 118 CRS patients who were divided into different groups, according to age, VAS score and education levels. Results   Education degree and VAS score factors influence the choice of the ways of treatment manner. Age and VAS score two factors influence choice of the most effective treatment manner. Age, VAS score and education degree three factors influence post-operative choice of the duration. Education degree influences post-operative choice of the most basic treatment manner. Conclusion   Due to personal situation, CRS patients is better in understanding pre-operative treatment knowledge than understanding post-operative treatment knowledge.
