Combined modality therapy for chronic sinusitis in 140 children

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effect of combined modality therapy for children with chronic sinusitis. Method: Combined modality therapy including drug, drainage and surgery was performed on 140 children with chronic sinusitis. Results: During a followup from 6 to 12 months, 77 patients were cured, and 33 were on the mend. Conclusion: Combined modality therapy achieves good effect for chronic sinusitis in children.
