Ganciclovir in combination with Beifushu in treatment of herpes simplex keratitis

Abstract: Objective    To investigate the effectiveness of Ganciclovir in combination with Beifushu for herpes simplex keratitis. Methods    96 cases of single blister viral keratitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Results    Compared with the control group, the cure cycle was shorter in treatment group. Conclusion    Local eye drops Ganciclovir in combination with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye-gel could shorten the course of the disease and improve the curative effect.
