Abstract: Objective    To investigate the efficacy and safety of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation for bronchial asthma with perennial allergic rhinitis. Methods    A total of 80 cases were divided into two groups: the observation group of 40 cases with radiofrequency ablation and the control group of 40 cases with microwave treatment. Results    After treatment, the total effective rate of patients with bronchial asthma and perennial allergic rhinitis was 90% and 95% respectively in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The score was lower in rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire (RQLQ), visual analogue scale (VAS) and higher in adult asthma quality of life questionnaire (AQLQ) in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion    Radiofrequency ablation has significant effect for bronchial asthma with perennial allergic rhinitis, greatly improves the quality of patient life, and it is worthy of clinical application.
