Mizollen for seasonal allergic rhinitis

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of mizollen for seasonal allergic rhinitis. Methods: One hundred outpatients were randomly indivied into mizollen and loratadine groups following 10?mg/d mizollen or loratadine for 14 days. The clinical efficacy was evaluated by symptom score reducing index (SSRI). Results: Mizollen was superior to loratadine for nasal obstruction in seasonal allergic rhinitis (SAR). No reverse incidences happened. Conclusion: Mizollen is effective and safe for seasonal allergic rhinitis.
