Abstract: To explore an effective treatment method for children′s epistaxis from Kiesselbach′s plexus. Method: Xiao zhiling was injected under mucosa to 126 children with epistaxis. Result: Ninetyfour patients were cured by once injection; 28 by 2 or 3 times; and the other 4 being of no effect were cured by Nd: YAG laser under general anesthesia. Conclusion: Injection of Xiaozhiling under mucosa is effective, safe and acceptable for children with epistaxis.
