Holmium laser in the treatment of laryngeal and tracheal stenosis

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and feasibility of the holmium laser in the treatment of laryngeal and tracheal stenosis. Methods: Fifteen patients with laryngeal or tracheal stenosis were treated by the holmium laser under a fibrolarygoscope or a self-retaining laryngoscope. Result: Followed up for 2 months to 3 years, all the patients were better. Conclusion: The holmium laser is effective in the treatment of laryngeal and tracheal stenosis.
