Holmium laser in the treatment of laryngeal and tracheal stenosis

Abstract: Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and feasibility of the holmium laser in the treatment of laryngeal and tracheal stenosis. Methods： Fifteen patients with laryngeal or tracheal stenosis were treated by the holmium laser under a fibrolarygoscope or a self-retaining laryngoscope. Result： Followed up for 2 months to 3 years, all the patients were better. Conclusion： The holmium laser is effective in the treatment of laryngeal and tracheal stenosis.
