Hemostasis with transfusion apparatus，electrotome and vacuum extracter in nasal endoscopic surgery

Abstract:

Objective   To expore the method and effect of hemostasis with transfusion apparatus,electrotome and vacuum extracter in nasal endoscopic surgery.  Methods   The bleeding sites were searched for and treated with transfusion apparatus, electrotome and vacuum extracter under nasal endoscopy.  Results   324 cases of intraoperative hemostasis were successful. 5 cases (1.5%) with occurring rehaemorrhagia were controlled by compression of ribbon-gauze with 1% adrenine when extracting the nasal bysma. Conclusion   There are some obvious advantages, including convenient and flexible operation, complete hemostasis, and clear visual fields when hemostasis is treated with transfusion apparatus,electrotome and vacuum extracter in nasal endoscopic surgery.
