Abstract: Objective: To study the reasons and prevention for orbit complications of the endoscopic sinus surgery. Method: The clinical data of 3514 patients receiving endoscopic sinus surgery were analyzed. Results: Of them, 117 cases (3.33%) had orbit complication, including 2 of medial rectus damage,12 of orbital cellulitis, 14 of orbit fat herniation and 89 of periorbit ecchymosis. Conclusion： Knowing the anatomic structure, sign and localization under endoscope, and reading the CT scanning carefully before operation are important for avoiding the orbit complication.
