Effect of trans-nasal endoscopic sinus surgery on chronic sinusitis

Abstract:

bjective〓〖WTBZ〗To explore the curative effects of transnasal endoscopic sinus surgery on chronic sinusitis. 〖WTHZ〗Methods〓〖WTBZ〗380 cases of chronic sinusitis were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery in 2000-2006. Of them, 65 cases were type Ⅰ,236 cases were type Ⅱ and 79 cases were type Ⅲ. 〖WTHZ〗Result〓〖WTBZ〗The curative rate was 92.3%, 84.3% and 67.1% in typeⅠ, Ⅱand Ⅲ. 〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〓〖WTBZ〗The clinical curative rate is related to clinical type, operated area and post-operative treatments.
