摘要: 甲状腺手术后的甲状旁腺功能减退是严重影响患者术后生存质量的并发症。从诊断标准、相关因素、旁腺解剖及生理等方面入手,回顾了甲状旁腺低功及低钙血症的主要预防技术,尤其是对于旁腺术中识别技术及辅助工具进行了系统的介绍。
