摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：评价皿治林(咪唑斯汀)治疗季节性变应性鼻炎的疗效和安全性。方法：随机将门诊确诊为季节性变应性鼻炎的患者分为皿治林组及开瑞坦组。两组给药方法相同，口服10?mg/d，连续14?d。根据患者症状积分下降指数评估疗效。结果：皿治林治疗季节性变应性鼻炎的疗效好于开瑞坦，无严重不良反应发生。结论：皿治林治疗季节性变应性鼻炎有效，安全，可靠。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of mizollen for seasonal allergic rhinitis. Methods: One hundred outpatients were randomly indivied into mizollen and loratadine groups following 10?mg/d mizollen or loratadine for 14 days. The clinical efficacy was evaluated by symptom score reducing index (SSRI). Results: Mizollen was superior to loratadine for nasal obstruction in seasonal allergic rhinitis (SAR). No reverse incidences happened. Conclusion: Mizollen is effective and safe for seasonal allergic rhinitis.
