摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：比较窝沟釉质成形封闭术（enameloplasty sealant technique, EST）与普通窝沟封闭术（conventional sealant technique, CST）封闭剂的保存率及临床疗效。方法：以EST及CST分别封闭下颌第一恒磨牙80颗，随访2年，观察封闭剂脱落情况。结果：EST组封闭剂未脱落牙数69颗，封闭剂保存率86.3％；CST组封闭剂未脱落牙数51颗，封闭剂保存率63.7％。结论：EST较CST能明显提高封闭剂保存率，从而增强防龋效果。

Abstract: Objective： To compare the clinical effect and preservation rate of the sealant between the enameloplasty sealant technique(EST) group and the conventional sealant technique(CST)group. Methods： One hundred and sixty cases of the first permanent molars in the mandibula were sealed by EST and CST. The preservation rate of the sealant was produced after a follow-up of 2 years. Result： The preservation rate of the sealant was 87.3% in the EST group and 63.7% in the CST group. Conclusion： EST is superior to CST in clinical effect.
