Abstract:

Objective〓〖WTBZ〗To explore the clinical effect of heterogeneity (cattle) acellular deunal matrix in mucosa defect repair in otolaryngology surgeries.
〖WTHZ〗Method
s〓〖WTBZ〗64 cases of mucosa defect were treated with heterogeneity acellular deunal matrix, 53 of them were neoplasms. After the operations, patients were given antibiotics based on secretions or pus, also the acellular dermis should be kept moist and patients with neck esophageal squamous carcinoma or hypopharynx and larynx carcinoma received nasal feeding. 〖WTHZ〗Results〓〖WTBZ〗60 cases were healed. 1 case of hypopharynx and 1 of larynx carcinoma infected by pharynx fistula, and 1 case of larynx carcinoma infected by larynx fistula were healed after dressing change and expectant treatment. No exclusiveness and irritation were found during the treatments. 〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〓〖WTBZ〗Heterogeneity acellular deunal matrix is easily obtained and is effective in repairing mucosa defects.
