Abstract:

Objective〓〖WTBZ〗To culture the human Tenon′s capsule fibroblast cells in vitro and to observe its growth property. 〖WTHZ〗Methods〓〖WTBZ〗Human tenon′s capsule fibroblast cells were grown in DMEM medium containing 10% fetal bovine serum at 370C, 5%CO2, and the medium was changed every third day. Cell proliferation was assayed by counting the cell number and the cell growth curve was drawn. 〖WTHZ〗Results〓〖WTBZ〗Results revealed that from 48 hours to 7 days after seeding the plate, the cells were in the logarithm growth period. The cells were negatively stained with Cytokeratin and positively with Vimentin. 〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〓〖WTBZ〗Human Tenon′s capsule fibroblast cells are easy to culture and are convenient for cell research in vitro.
