Effect  of  sublingual  immunotherapy  with  dust  mites  guttae  in  allergic  rhinitis

Abstract:

Objective  To survey the effect and safety of sublingual immunotherapy with dust mites in allergic rhinitis. Methods  54 patients with allergic rhinitis were treated with sublingual immunotherapy for 1 year. The symptom scores pre- and post-immunotherapy and side effects were recorded． Results  There were significant differences between pre-and post-therapy (P＜0.01). Conclusion  Sublingual immunotherapy with dust mites guttae has obvious curative effect on allergic rhinitis．
