Abstract:

Objective  To prevent the anhelation caused by hydronacus of the root of the tongue and glossoccomn after operation on the root of the tongue. Methods  After tracheal intubation by the nasal cavity and general narcosis, an operation was carried out on the root of the tongue and the raw surface was oversown. After the operation, the tracheal cannula was kept for 48 to 72 hours. Wintermin(100?mg) and phernargan(100?mg) in 5%GS(500?mL) were given to keep the patients in a state of hibernation. Results  Choking was effectively avoided and secretions of the lower respiration tract were cleaned up in time. Of the 10 patients, none died of airway obstruction.
