Hemagglutinin parameter transmutations and their clinical significances in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

Abstract:

Objective  To detect the clinical significances of hemagglutinin parameter transmutations in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS). Methods  A hemagglutinin instrument was used to detect the prothrombin time(PT),partial thromboplastin time(APTT), plasma fibrinogen(FIB), thrombin time(TT) and blood plasma antithromebaseIII(A-T III) in venous blood of 64 patients with OSAHS and 54 normal controls. Results  The PT, APTT and TT  shortened, blood plasma FIB increased, and A-T III activity degraded more (P＜0.05) in the OSAHS patients than  in the normal controls. Conclusion  There are diversities of blood clotting, anticoagulation and fibrinolytic status in OSAHS patients, which are related  the occurrence of heartcerebral vessel embolism diseases.
