Results      16 patients were followed up for 1 to 6 years. 1 case of basal cell carcinoma, which had recurrence in the nasal dorsum 5 months later, received radical resection and skin flap reconstruction again. No recurrence was found in the other cases. All patients survived well. Functional and aesthetic results were satisfactory.
