Endoscopic treatment of 448 cases of intractable epistaxis

Abstract:

Objective       To study the endoscopic treatment method of intractable epistaxis and to explore its effect. Method       The bleeding sites  were searched and treated under nasal endoscopy. Result       426 cases of bleeding were successful after one-time treatment with a success rate of 95.1%.  Conclusion        Epistaxis treatment under nasal endoscopy has advantages of clear field of vision, complete bleeding, and stable effect.
