Methods   Thirty-one patients with recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps underwent endoscopic sinus surgery, peri-operatively used antibiotics and oral corticosteroids, and were subjected to periodic reviews. Results   25 patients were cured, 6 were improved. Conclusion   Sinus adhesion, allergic mucosal edema, and residual lesion are major causes of recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyposis.
