Abstract: Objective To observe the changes of chamber angle before and after operation for glaucoma secondary to intumescent cataract. Methods Anterior segment OCT was used to observe angle changes before and after operation in 21 patients (21 eyes) with glaucoma secondary to intumescent cataract who accepted cataract phacoemulsification. Result All indicators of chamber angle were significantly improved and intraocular pressure was reduced after surgery. Conclusion OCT is an objective, accurate, and convenient inspection, and phacoemulsification is an effective treatment method for glaucoma secondary to intumescent cataract.
