Abstract: According to the occurrence and severity of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)in different body positions, OSAHS can be classified into 2 types, position-related and non position-related, which have different clinical manifestations. At present, there are various treatments for these 2 types of OSAHS, and the therapeutic effects also vary. In this paper, we will review the clinical features and treatments of these 2 types of OSAHS.
