摘要: 目的 探讨有鼻炎症状的孕妇在分娩前后短期内鼻眼部症状的变化规律。 方法 针对妊娠晚期待产孕妇,使用问卷调查的方式收集她们的妊娠基线数据、既往病史、围产期内的鼻眼部症状,通过对孕妇分娩前后鼻眼部症状评分的比较,推测妊娠期鼻炎的发病率及其可能的危险因素。 结果 共有144例孕妇纳入研究,其中17例既往有鼻炎病史;在127例无鼻炎病史的孕妇中,42例(33.1%)出现妊娠期鼻炎的相关症状。妊娠期鼻炎孕妇与对照组孕妇在妊娠年龄、孕周及婴儿性别分布上差异无统计学意义(P=0.842;P=0.971;P=0.399)。有鼻炎症状的孕妇,在分娩后短期内鼻部症状评分即较分娩前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。 结论 妊娠期鼻炎相关的鼻部症状于分娩后短期内可自行缓解。
