变应性鼻炎冲击免疫治疗的临床应用

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 变应性鼻炎冲击免疫治疗可短时间内增加变应原疫苗的剂量,快速有效地治疗变应性鼻炎。然而由于对其安全性的担忧,国内外开展此项治疗的并不多。对目前冲击免疫治疗的临床应用文献进行分析,探讨其临床推广应用的可行性和价值。

Abstract: In rush immunotherapy for allergic rhinitis, the dosage of allergen is increased in a short time, and this can enhance the efficacy of the treatment. However, owing to concerns regarding its safety, it has been rarely clinically applied. In this paper, a literature review about the clinical application of rush immunotherapy has been conducted to explore and analyze the feasibility of this treatment.
