摘要：

目的探讨耳内镜在乳突根治术后复查的应用价值，以及德赛恩超氧液用于乳突腔创面修复的疗效。方法 30例化脓性中耳炎患者行乳突根治术后随机分为2个组，对照组在拔除纱条后予抗生素滴耳液滴耳，定期门诊额镜下复查。治疗组拔除纱条后予超氧液滴耳2次/d，持续1周。1个月后耳内镜下复查、清理并予超氧液冲洗创面，1次/月，持续3～6个月。结果总有效率治疗组、对照组分别为93.33%、66.67%。术后干耳时间治疗组(59.28±15.03)d、对照组(96.25±28.87)d，治疗组优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中耳手术后定期耳内镜下复查换药，联合应用德赛恩超氧液清理创面，有利于清除残余病变，促进创面上皮化，疗效确切。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of endotoscopic cleaning combined with superoxide solution on the wound healing after the mastoidotympanectomy. Methods After the radical mastoidotympanectomy, 30 patients, diagnosed preoperatively as suppurative otitis media, were divided two groups, in which the patients of control group received only local antibiotic therapy, while the patients of experimental group received the local bath of superoxide solution twice a day for one week. One month later, endotoscopic cleaning was performed monthly to clear the wound with superoxide solution. The treatment lasted for 3 to 6 month. Results The effectiveness of control and experimental group were 93.33% and 66.67%, respectively. The time to dry the ear were 59.28±15.03 days in the control and 96.25±28.87 days in the experimental group (P<0.05). Conclusion For radical mastoidotympanectomy, the combination of endotoscopic cleaning and superoxide solution can promote the wound healing.
