摘要: 目的 探讨CO2激光治疗声门下淀粉样变的确切疗效。方法 回顾性分析2例激光手术治疗声门下区淀粉样变患者的临床资料。结果 2例患者术中及术后未出现明显并发症, 患者术后声音嘶哑、喉梗阻症状较术前明显改善。术后随访期间(随访期限分别为术后9个月和14个月)均未发现复发。结论 CO2激光辅助治疗声门下淀粉样变疗效确切。若首次激光手术时切除彻底, 短期内预后良好,远期疗效仍需继续随访观察。
