摘要:
声门上型喉癌的经口CO2激光手术(TSL)是经口腔径路于显微镜辅助下使用CO2激光切除肿瘤,具有损伤小、并发症少、术后恢复快等优点。该术式已逐渐成为T1、T2声门上型喉癌的治疗方法之一,现就TSL的发展史及手术过程作一阐述。
