摘要: 目的 分析使用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(r-bFGF)联合玻璃酸钠(SH)对白内障超声乳化术后干眼症泪膜的影响。 方法 将2014年7月至2017年6月于行白内障超声乳化术后1个月内诊断干眼症的患者96例(102眼)随机分为治疗组48例(50眼)与对照组48例(52眼),对纳入患者进行相应检查及症状评分。对照组给予0.1%玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,治疗组给予重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗。治疗后1个月进行干眼症检查及症状评分。 结果 治疗前两组间各项指标差异不具有统计学意义。治疗后治疗组的基础泪液分泌值、非侵犯性泪膜破裂时间值、中央泪河高度值、角膜荧光染色评分和主观干眼感觉评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;治疗后治疗组脂质层分析评分与对照组的差异不具有统计学意义。 结论 重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液对治疗白内障超声乳化术后干眼症具有显著疗效。
