摘要：

目的通过检测PI3Kp85在鼻咽癌组织及鼻咽部慢性炎症组织中的表达情况，探讨它们在鼻咽癌发生、发展过程中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测PI3Kp85在57例鼻咽癌和20例鼻咽部黏膜慢性炎症组织中的表达情况，应用Image-ProPlus图像分析软件测定免疫组化图像的平均光密度（mean optical density, MOD），运用SPSS13.0软件进行统计学分析，观察其与鼻咽癌临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 PI3Kp85在鼻咽癌组织的阳性表达率为78.95％，而在鼻咽部慢性炎症组织中的阳性表达率为45.00％，两者差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。PI3Kp85表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移、原发病灶大小及患者年龄、性别均无相关性（P＞0.05）。结论 PI3Kp85蛋白表达可能与鼻咽癌的发生有关。

Abstract:

Objective To detect expression of PI3Kp85 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) and chronic nasopharyngitis and to explore its role in the development of NPC. Methods An immunohistochemical (streptavidin-perosidase SP) method was used to analyze protein expression of PI3Kp85 in paraffin embedded tissues from 57 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 20 cases of chronic nasopharyngitis. Average optical density (MOD) of the immunohistochemical Image was determined using ImageProPlus software. Results The positive rates of PI3Kp85 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues and chronic nasopharyngitis tissues were 78.95% and 45.00% (P＜0.05). Expression of PI3Kp85 had no relation to lymph node metastasis, clinical pathological stage, size of primarily focus and sex and age of patients (P＞0.05). Conclusion Expression of PI3Kp85 protein may relate to the occurrence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
