32 cases of facial and neck skin defect

Abstract:

Objective   To explore a suitable method to repair skin wounds on the face and neck with a skin flap. Methods   32 patients  underwent skin flap repair, including rotation flap, rhomboid flap, nasolabial flap, flip flap or free forearm flap. Results   All 32 patients were successfully repaired. The results were satisfactory. Conclusions   Rotation flap, rhomboid flap and nasolabial flap are suitable methods to treat patients with face and neck wounds. Free skin flap depends on the skill of microsurgery.
