摘要/Abstract

摘要： 国际睡眠疾病分类第三版(ICSD-3)是诊断睡眠疾病的重要参考指南。ICSD-3建立在ICSD-2的基础上,保留前两版主要的诊断分类,但在失眠、发作性睡病和睡眠相关呼吸障碍的分类中增加内容作出显著改变。论文对此进行解读。

Abstract: The third edition of the International Classification of Sleep Disorders(ICSD-3)is the key reference for the diagnosis of sleep disorders. ICSD-3 is built on the same basic outline as ICSD-2, preserving the major diagnostic classifications. Significant modifications have been made to the nosology of insomnia, narcolepsy, and sleep-related breathing disorders. Major changes of the manual are reviewed in this article.
