Abstract: To compare the method and curative effect of nasal septum figuration surgery and modified nasal septum figuration surgery and to perfect the operation. Method： The clinical data of 176 cases of nasal septum figuration surgery and 124 cases of modified nasal septum figuration surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Among the 176 cases of nasal septum figuration surgery, 3 suffered from nasal septum deviation again, 2 needed further surgeries. All the 124 cases of modifid nasal septum figuration surgeries turned out to be good. Conclusion： Modified nasal septum figuration surgery is good in preserving more bone and cartilage of nasal septum, and it is easy to perform with good prognosis.
