Radio-frequency and stryker instruments under nasal endoscopy for 68 cases of adenoidal hypertrophy

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the curative effect of radio-frequency and stryker instruments under nasal endoscopy on adenoidal hypertrophy in children. Methods: 68 patients with adenoidal hypertrophy were treated by radio-frequency combined with stryker instruments under nasal endoscopy. Results: 63 cases were cured and 5 cases were improved. Conclusion: Radio-frequency combined with stryker instruments under nasal endoscopy has advantages of clear view, minimal invasion, safety and effectiveness for adenoidal hypertrophy.
