变应性鼻炎中医证候动物模型的研究进展

摘要： 变应性鼻炎(AR)是临床最常见的耳鼻喉科疾病之一。中医药对AR的研究和防治已进入细胞学、分子生物学水平,中医证候动物模型的建立是连接中医基础和临床的桥梁与纽带,建立能够较好地模拟具有中医证候的人类AR的动物模型有助于深入研究中医药防治该病的作用及其机制。

关键词: 动物模型, 中医证候, 变应性鼻炎

Abstract: Allergic rhinitis(AR)is one of the most common diseases of the otolaryngological department. The research on prevention and treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)function on AR had reached the stage of cytology as well as molecular.The establishment of syndrome differentiated animal model can enhance the connection between TCM basis and clinic. To establish an animal model which can reflect syndrome differentiation of human AR contributes to deeper study of function mechanism of prevention and treatment of TCM on AR.
