摘要: 随着手术器械的不断升级及术者操作技巧的的不断提高,腔镜手术进入现代医学的舞台已有多年。近几年,腔镜辅助或者腔镜下甲状腺手术逐渐进入临床使用。甲状腺疾病患者以中青年女性居多,常规颈部横行切口大大影响了患者术后的皮肤美观,因此甲状腺腔镜下手术具有广泛的临床应用价值。但是,腔镜下甲状腺手术在路径、手术方式、适应证等方面仍有不同意见。就腔镜甲状腺手术的手术方式、适应证、禁忌证、并发症及腔镜甲状腺领域的新进展进行综述。
