肺炎支原体合并乙型流感病毒感染致急性化脓性扁桃体炎1例并文献复习

Acute suppurative tonsillitis caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae and influenza B virus infection: a case report and literature review

摘要: 目的 探讨急性化脓性扁桃体炎临床诊疗时明确病原体的重要性,以便对其进行精准治疗,规范合理使用抗生素等抗微生物药物。 方法 回顾性分析1例肺炎支原体合并乙型流感病毒感染致急性化脓性扁桃体炎患者的临床资料并分析讨论诊治过程。 结果 急性化脓性扁桃体炎是常见的急性感染性疾病,乙型溶血性链球菌是主要的致病菌,但有些呼吸道病毒、肺炎支原体及厌氧菌感染也可导致该病的发生,尽早明确病原体对于选择治疗用药具有关键性的指导意义。 结论 病原微生物的检测不仅对疾病的诊断、治疗及预防具有重要意义,而且能有效避免抗生素滥用,在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情全球蔓延的当下显得尤为重要。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the importance of pathogens in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis, in order to treat it accurately. Methods The clinical information of a patient with acute suppurative tonsillitis caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae and influenza B virus infection was retrospecively reviewed, and discussed the diagnosis and treatment process. Results and discussion: Acute suppurative tonsillitis is a common acute infectious disease, and beta-hemolytic streptococci are the main pathogenic bacteria. However, some respiratory viruses, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, and anaerobic bacterial infection can also lead to the occurrence of this disease. It is critical to identify the causative agents of the disease as soon as possible to guide the choice of medication administered. Conclusion The detection of pathogens is not only important for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of Acute suppurative tonsillitis, but also can effectively avoid antibiotic abuse, which is particularly important in the current context of the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic.
