摘要: 目的 探索多学科诊疗(multidisciplinary treatment, MDT)模式联合翻转课堂的教学方法在儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(obstructive sleep apnea, OSA)临床教学中的应用价值。 方法 将2022年6月进入空军军医大学第三附属医院临床实习的学员随机分为传统组(n=22,传统课堂授课)及MDT组(n=23,MDT模式联合翻转课堂)进行授课,通过问卷调查、理论考试等方式对教学效果进行评价。 结果 MDT组学员理论考试平均成绩显著高于传统组(P<0.05),问卷结果显示MDT组在课堂趣味性、课堂互动性、知识掌握程度、自主学习能力、增强团队协作、对教学模式喜欢程度等方面评分均高于传统组(P<0.05)。 结论 MDT模式联合翻转课堂的教学方法有助于提高儿童OSA的临床教学效果。
