摘要: 目的 探讨中西医结合治疗突发性聋(sudden sensorineural hearing loss, SSNHL)合并手足口病(foot and mouth disease, HFMD)的临床特点和诊疗方法。 方法 回顾性分析1例SSNHL合并HFMD患者的临床资料并复习相关文献。 结果 患者首发症状为发热、口周红斑、手足部斑丘疹、听力下降、耳鸣等,经隔离、中西医结合治疗后,患者HFMD相关口周红斑,手、足红色小斑丘疹已消失,听力下降及耳鸣好转。 结论 中西医结合治疗SSNHL合并HFMD具有确切临床疗效,但其发病机制有待进一步阐述。
