摘要：

目的总结YAG激光治疗耳垂瘢痕疙瘩经验。方法激光组：局部麻醉后用 YAG激光依次照射瘢痕基底、中央，直至瘢痕呈白色，中央部位持续时间稍长；冷冻组：同期液氮冷冻治疗。结果激光组： 32例（34耳）中治愈1次28例（29耳），2次2例（3耳），3次2例，总治愈率100%。冷冻组：25例（26耳）中治愈1次18例（19耳），2次2例，3次以上5例，总治愈率100%。结论两种方法治疗耳垂瘢痕疙瘩，过程不同，结果基本相同，YAG激光更安全简便，病程稍短。

Abstract:

To summarize the experience for treatment of earlobe scar with YAGlaser. Methods32 cases(34 ears) were treated by YAG-laser and 25 cases(26 ears) were treated by cryotherapy. Lidocaine was injected into the around of the earlobe scar, and the central and round were radiated with YAGlaser. ResultAll cases were cured. In the YAG laser group, 29 ears were cured by one treatment, 3 by two treatments and 2 by three treatments. In the cryotherapy group, 19 ears were cured by one treatment, 2 by two treatments and 5 by over three treatments. ConclusionThe response of the two methods is not significantly different, but YAGlaser is superior to cryotherapy in safety and treatment duration.
