118例副耳的形态结构特点分析及胚胎发育初探

Etiology of accessory auricles in embryos

摘要:

目的  探讨副耳的胚胎发生机制。方法  统计分析27?953位健康成人中发现的118例、132个副耳的部位、形态和组织结构。结果  97.0%的副耳发生于耳屏前面、后面和耳屏前方、耳轮脚前。98.4%的副耳患者不伴颌面部其他畸形。89.0%的副耳发生于单侧。结论  副耳来源于胚胎发生的第一鳃弓,多发生于单侧,大多数副耳只是单独发生而并不伴发颌面部其他畸形。

Abstract:

Objective  To investigate etiology of accessory auricles in the embryos. Method  The proportion of various accessory auricles was calculated. Results   97% of the deformities were near the ear screen,98% of the patients had no other deformities on the jaw,neck and face. 89% of the accessory auricles occurred only on the right or left side of the face. Conclusion  Accessory auricles come from the first gill bow of the human embryos. Most of the patients have no other deformities on the jaw, neck and face. Most of the accessory auricles occur only on the right or left side of the face.
